1. About Tic Tic Tum (MVP Alpha)

Tic Tic Tum is currently in MVP alpha stage. It is a video player with note-taking capabilities designed for learning dance. The app allows you to load videos saved on your local device or in cloud storage, annotate them with notes, and play them back for learning purposes. As an alpha product, features are limited and may change significantly in future releases.

2. Device Permissions

To function properly, Tic Tic Tum requires your permission to:

• Access local storage: To load and play video files saved on your device.
• Access cloud storage: To load videos stored in your connected cloud services (e.g., Google Drive, iCloud).

These permissions are used solely to let you select and play your own videos within the app. We do not upload, copy, or transmit your video files to our servers.

3. Local Data Storage

All information related to your videos — including notes, bookmarks, and playback preferences — is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data. You are responsible for backing up your local data.

4. Analytics & Data Collection

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data, including video length metadata, to help improve the app. No personally identifiable information is collected. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. No Warranty (Alpha Software)

Tic Tic Tum is provided "as is" in its alpha state. We make no guarantees regarding availability, reliability, or data preservation. Features may change, break, or be removed without prior notice. Use the app at your own risk.

6. Future Changes

These Terms of Service will be updated as Tic Tic Tum evolves. Updated terms will be displayed within the app with each new release version. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
